Return & Refund Policy

Because ClothingLotsInc.com sells wholesale clothing lots, all sales are subject to the terms below. Wholesale lots are typically discounted and sold in bulk.

1. All Wholesale Sales Are Final (Default)

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, all wholesale sales are final due to:

  • bulk pricing
  • mixed lot composition
  • seasonal and liquidation inventory

2. Exceptions — When We Accept Returns

We may accept a return or issue a refund only if:

  • you received the wrong item/lot
  • items are significantly damaged in transit
  • your shipment is missing items
  • the order was never delivered and confirmed lost by the carrier

3. Claims Window (Very Important)

To be eligible:

You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery confirmation.

Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

4. What Is NOT Eligible for Return/Refund

We do not accept returns for:

  • buyer's remorse / not selling well
  • minor variations in shade, fit, or fabric feel
  • lots with mixed styles when described as "assorted"
  • size distribution differences unless "exact sizes" were listed
  • normal manufacturer variations or packaging wear
  • items you have worn, washed, tagged, or resold

5. How to Submit a Claim

Email: support@clothinglotsinc.com

Include:

  • order number
  • clear photos/videos of the issue
  • packaging label photo
  • description of the issue
  • count of affected items

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If approved:

  • We may offer a replacement (if available)
  • Partial refund for affected items
  • Store credit (wholesale credit)
  • Return authorization (RMA) if needed

Returns without RMA may be rejected.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If we made an error (wrong lot, missing items), we cover return shipping when applicable.
  • If return is accepted for other reasons (rare), buyer may pay return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account. We will provide order proof, delivery confirmation, and documentation to the processor.

9. Lost Packages

If tracking confirms "delivered," we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery. We may assist with carrier claims.
