Wholesale Shipping Policy

Effective Date: December 24, 2025 | Last Updated: December 24, 2025

This Wholesale Shipping Policy explains how ClothingLotsInc.com ("ClothingLotsInc," "we," "our," or "us") processes and ships wholesale clothing orders, including bulk lots, pallets, and business shipments. This policy applies to all purchases made on ClothingLotsInc.com (the "Site").

By placing an order, you agree to this Wholesale Shipping Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy.

1) Shipping Coverage

A. United States (Primary)

We ship wholesale clothing lots to:

  • all 50 U.S. states
  • U.S. territories (where available)

B. International Shipping (Optional)

International shipping may be available on select orders. International buyers are responsible for:

  • customs clearance
  • import duties, VAT, and taxes
  • brokerage fees
  • compliance with local regulations

If international shipping is offered, shipping costs and responsibilities will be shown at checkout or via invoice.

2) Order Processing Time (Wholesale)

Wholesale orders require handling, bulk packing, and inventory verification.

Standard processing time:

✅ 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

High-volume or pallet orders:

✅ 4–5 business days depending on quantity and warehouse workload.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • holidays
  • major sales events
  • weather disruptions
  • carrier delays
  • warehouse inventory reconciliation

Important: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

3) Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (international, if offered)
  • Freight carriers (LTL/FTL) for pallet shipments and large wholesale orders

Carrier selection depends on:

  • package size and weight
  • shipping address
  • delivery speed
  • cost efficiency for wholesale lots

4) Wholesale Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated:

  • at checkout (for standard orders), or
  • via invoice (for custom lots, large cartons, or freight orders)

Shipping rates are based on:

  • weight
  • dimensions
  • destination
  • carrier pricing
  • number of boxes
  • freight class (for pallets)

Shipping promotions or free shipping may apply only to select products and may not apply to freight/pallet shipping.

5) Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Times)

Transit times vary by carrier and destination.

Typical U.S. delivery estimates:

  • Standard: 2–7 business days
  • Expedited: 1–3 business days (if offered)
  • Freight/pallet: 3–10 business days (depending on location and carrier scheduling)

All delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

6) Freight & Pallet Shipping (Large Wholesale Orders)

Orders that are large, heavy, or shipped in bulk may be sent via freight.

Freight Requirements

  • A commercial address is recommended (often cheaper and faster)
  • A valid phone number is required for delivery scheduling

Freight deliveries may require:

  • loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service
  • appointment delivery

Liftgate Delivery

Liftgate service (truck with a lift) may be required if you do not have:

  • a loading dock
  • forklift access

Liftgate fees may apply.

Freight Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect address
  • missing contact info
  • refusal of delivery
  • no one available at scheduled time

you may be charged additional fees for re-delivery or storage.

7) Address Accuracy (Wholesale Customers)

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • correct delivery address
  • suite/unit number (if applicable)
  • correct phone number and email

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, you may be responsible for:

  • reshipping charges
  • return shipping fees
  • carrier fees

8) Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details by:

  • email
  • account dashboard (if available)

Tracking updates are managed by the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after label creation.

9) Partial Shipments

To speed up fulfillment, we may ship your order in multiple boxes or partial shipments when:

  • inventory is stored across different locations
  • lots are packed separately
  • carrier weight limits apply

You will receive multiple tracking numbers if needed.

10) Damaged Packages or Missing Items

Because wholesale orders ship in bulk, it is important to inspect deliveries immediately.

If Your Package Arrives Damaged:

Take clear photos/videos of:

  • the outside of the box
  • shipping label
  • damage inside the box
  • damaged items
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery

Email: support@clothinglotsinc.com
Subject: Shipping Damage Claim — Order #_____

If Items Are Missing:

Report within 3 business days with:

  • order number
  • photos of received items
  • packing slip (if included)
  • box label and weight (if shown)

Claims after the window may be denied.

11) Lost Packages / Delivery Issues

Packages Marked "Delivered"

If tracking shows "delivered," the carrier considers the package complete. We are not responsible for:

  • theft after delivery
  • incorrect receiving by building staff
  • packages left in unsecured areas

However, we will assist you with:

  • carrier claim filing
  • proof of delivery requests (where available)

Packages Marked "Lost"

If the carrier confirms loss in transit:

  • we may reship (if inventory allows), or
  • issue a refund/store credit after investigation

12) Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery for any reason other than verified damage or incorrect shipment:

  • return shipping fees
  • restocking fees
  • reshipping fees

may apply.

Wholesale orders are typically final sale. See our Return & Refund Policy.

13) Shipping Restrictions

We may restrict shipping:

  • to PO boxes for heavy wholesale lots
  • to addresses in remote areas for freight shipments
  • to countries with legal restrictions (international orders)

14) Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • weather
  • natural disasters
  • carrier delays
  • labor strikes
  • customs delays
  • emergencies or government actions
